Changing round font color from red to no tint at all

Making a custom round chalkmarks texturepack to add to a future modpack, but no matter what color the final texture is in-game it always goes to red. I'm guessing its because of some font mod, but zero clue on which one and where it is located. How do I change color of the round chalkmark from red to some other, or even transparent if possible?

nauKith White usually gets turned to red i suggest using a different color, Black from my understanding doesnt get changed
