Game crashes after I select PLAY

I've gone through all the necessary steps of restarting, going through pirey again and checking if there is any other apps blocking plutonium. This computer is on windows 10 and I don't have much downloaded which could interrupt.
The game launder comes up, I select play and the cog doesn't buffer and then the launcher just closes
Any advice? The download pathway was also as advised

It'll install the missing runtimes and directx, then just restart pc and try to launch pluto now.
