Error appears when opening the game

I've tried to fix this bug in several ways and none of them worked. What do I do?

Start the game once through Steam.

Xerxes But I don't have BO2 on Steam. And even so I was able to play before formatting my PC. What do I do?
Erico Bond support is no longer provided for pirated files (changed about 2 years ago). You can buy the game on steam... then start it once thru steam... then you'll be able to launch it through plutonium!
