BO2 Plutonium launcher HELP

I recently downloaded bo2 on Steam, but plutonium T6 is still saying "Setup" - however, under bo1 T5, it says "Play"
Did I do something wrong? I do not have Black ops 1 downloaded from Steam.

Ellen_Degenerate click on setup and then select your BO2 game directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II
