black ops 1 plutonium update- game is mirrored?

the pop-up menus, subtitles, and cutscenes aren't mirrored but the main menu and gameplay is. kinda freaky lol. update also deleted my campaign progress and settings as well, though not sure if that's what I should have expected.

had the same issue with the mirrored menu. i also had to find the game path folder again in the launcher and my mods don't seem to be showing up anymore either despite removing and readding them to my game files
