Lyray problem

There is a problem with the Lyrai. It does not respond to me. When I want it to bring me the mystery box, it starts fighting zombies, even though I make it stick to the box. This happened after I downloaded a mod that was using exe files and it installs the modifications for you. I deleted the mod and everything went back to normal except for the Lyrai.
