Is that win7? If yes, we don't support it, upgrade to win10.

You can do that but if you're on win7 it won't solve the issue.... also for anyone else responding to this topic, create your own topic.
Dss0 im on windows 10. i just started trying to use this today to play with my friends. and it was loading but it wouldnt let me use a controller at all. so my buddy said try to redownload it, so i did and it was tellling me there was an error and it couldnt find some file it need to run
