BO2 an MW3, past two days, getting stuck at connecting to online sevices, then erroring out with a notice saying the server is not available at this time

Been using Plutonium (thanks!) for a long time without issues. Now this is suddenly happening. No changes to my network settings or computer other than the latest window update. I do not see anyone else posting about this issue so I assume it is on my end. Any ideas what I should check for ? Thanks

I run software on my router similar to PiHole. Turns out one of the Plutonium IP addresses made it into an external block list and was what was causing the problem.
