bo2 crash on launch

My bo2 multiplayer started crashing and giving me the crash reference ID e8bf734a-f6ec-4f33-af3e-beb979bca9c8, and told me to check the file in the crashdumps folder which has these 2 lines of text in it.
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x007135C3anyone know how to fix??
