when I use the give all perks command, when I die I have to enable it again, is there a way to keep it selected?

Resxt Am I able to use this menu in public matches on plutonium? If so can I get banned for it?
Im Phantom yes Plutonium loves people running mod menus in public matches they join and I, a staff, will totally post it to promote cheating in games, for sure!
