Hadi77KSA i have a notebook and yes they give it to me in school but 2 years ago and i been playing on it recently cause my pc is broken, is that a problem?
manumaska my guess is you’re facing a situation similar to the Steam Deck LCD model ban. The admins would have to look into this. Could you provide your system model and specs and specify if you were playing on a widely used network such as the school’s network?

This works? idk about specs on pc, and i never conected to school network, i only used it on my house

I was playing Black Ops 1 with some friends, it was throwing connection error so we switched to Black Ops 2, a friend who's pc is bad did not join the game, after that I restarted the launcher and it came out that I was banned.
As I thought that the ticket would be answered later because in latam it is 12:17 at night I created another account to continue playing with my friends, which caused the ban time to increase.
I translated it with deep l, so forgive the spelling mistakes.
