Skins bugged

Hello, I recently started playing BO2 again and I am trying to get diamond camo on every gun.
I left off on the PDW, only having the "carbon fiber" skin left to unlock. I recently changed my username and when i logged back in, all of them where locked as it somehow didnt save my progress. I didnt Alt F4, i closed the game out making sure everything saved.
If there is a fix please let me know, very irritating as it takes awhile for me to unlock these skins! Thanks have a great day
