AYUDA NO PUEDO UNIRME A PARTIDAS DE MIS AMIGOS / HELP I CAN'T JOIN MY FRIENDS' GAMES

Hello, sorry, I need your help. I've been trying to play Bo2 Zombies with a friend for days, but every time we both try to join the games we created, it doesn't let us and tells us it's not possible. I've read a lot of solutions and they talk about NAT, but my NAT is already open and so is my friend's, and still nothing.

Hola disculpa necesito su ayuda, estoy desde hace dias intentando jugar con un amigo al bo2 zombies pero cada vez que los dos intentamos unirnos a las partidas que creamos no nos deja y nos sale que no se puede, ya leí bastantes soluciones y habla acerca de la NAT pero mi NAT ya es abierta y la de mi amigo tambien y aun asi nada
