How to translate T6 (BO2) to any language?

as for now, we got programs to mess with the audio on the game. is there any program that can change the game's text? not exactly like a text editor, but a program to change .iwd and .ff files.

Using OpenAssetTools, you can extract texts from
.fffiles, but the characters would be limited to the ones in the game’s gamefonts file. So, for example, you wouldn’t be able to easily write the translations in Arabic characters and have them appear properly on a game running the English files, you would need to edit the fonts mapping and the gamefonts image file to include the mappings of the characters you’re using, otherwise they’ll appear incorrectly. Unfortunately, I’m unaware of tools that allow you to edit the fonts mapping. -
