Hi,
I downloaded bots (https://github.com/ineedbots/iw5_bot_warfare) and I'm only interested in the Infected game mode.
Is it possible to make infected bots (also me) spawn with both a normal knife and a throwing knife, just like in the official version of the game ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you can, you must create a private game and configure it, but if you want a dedicated server you can see it on YouTube about that. I tested them and they work, veteran, they look like real players.
