rank reset

I played the game bo1 multiplayer and ranked up. but sometimes, i could say most usually when i reopen the game the ranks have been reset.
i tried disabling my antivirus, running the game as administrator but the issue still persists
i also looked where my stats are being saved which should be plutonium in app data. checked everywhere possible and even did a complete search but there was no file called mpstatscompressed or similar.
can someone tell me a fix for this issue.
this issue have happened like more than ten times. -

when i reopen the game , my rank is set back to where it was (ex : from rank 16 back to 12 )Dickchoppicus You can try saving your player files located in %localappdata%/Plutonium/players , afaik ranks often reset when loading mods and go back to normal when after opening the game again. If not try placing your player file backups.

Summit_R427 I've checked the folder there should be a mpstat file but there are no file like that, i even checked demonware folder
