unreasonable ban on mw3
-
Dear Plutonium Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I was recently banned while attempting to load a cinematic movie tool with the intention of creating visual content. My goal was to use this alongside the Bot Warfare mod in private matches purely for cinematic purposes, as part of a Call of Duty edit I’m working on.
I want to clarify that I have never used any gameplay-altering or unfair mods during online matches. I’ve always played legitimately, and the mod was solely for visual storytelling. I have a YouTube channel that showcases my work and can provide it as proof of my intent.
If there is any possibility of reviewing my case and lifting the ban, I would deeply appreciate it. Please let me know if additional information is needed.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
iPhone4Users or Enriquethis is my channel you can check it out for proof:

the account i got banned on was altaccountban but i didnt do anything wrong of such i wasnt even in a public match i was literally in a private match using mvm tool to make mw3 cinematics but when i tried to log into a different account i wasnt able to because im guessing im hardware banned i really believe this was a unjustified ban in my opinion please get back to me as soon as possible this is one of the only game i always go back to please recheck you guys system and see if you can see what i was using and im willing to give more information if needed
-
Its not a unjustified ban, MVM literally tells you to use the offline mode or you get banned.
YOU choose to ignore their warning. -
youre right i didnt pay attention to the warning it was my first to using and i jumped seeing it wasnt my first time using the tool because on the other games like 1w4x it never gave me a warning i thought the pop up an error and i went straight into it without looking is it possible to unban me please it was it was an mistake

-
hello is there anything you can do please?
-
No, to keep it fair to everyone it's a fully automated process where we only change / remove bans when our system made a mistake . In this case however the mistake was clearly on your end.

I just wanted to say up front I wasn’t trying to cause any harm or cheat. I was using a cinematic tool just to make some scenes in a private match. It was never meant for online use or to mess with anyone else's experience. I’ve always played legit, and this was just for creative purposes.
I’ll be real when the pop-up showed up, I didn’t fully read it. I thought it was a random error and just clicked it off, especially since the tool was still working with the game. I know that was on me, and I regret not paying closer attention. It was a genuine mistake.
Getting hit with a 300,000-day ban feels really rough for something like this. I love Plutonium it’s honestly the only thing I play these days since I don’t have a console anymore. I’m not trying to break the rules, I just didn’t think this would lead to something like this.
I’m just asking if there’s any chance to reduce the ban or give me another shot. I’ve learned my lesson, and I’ll definitely be more careful moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
