BO2 Level Resetting time after time

Hello community,

i have 2 accounts on plutonium. One with Unlock-All and one i play to level up and to play for camos and all the other stuff to do. Time after time my level gets set back, sometimes just one or two levels, sometimes even 5 or more. A friend of mine even witnessed a "reset" about 12 levels. When i am getting reset, the camos i unlocked, the attachements and the levels for the guns get set back aswell. It can happen anytime after i close the game and open it back up. I dont know what to do and would be very glad for someone to answer and tell me a fix.

I have the same problem it's annoying I unlocked the gold camo on the mp7 3 time already haha
