“Not Enough Funds” When trying to donate through coinbase

I know this isn’t a crypto issue solving forum, but i can’t seem to find an answer. On July 4th, i bought some btc, tried to donate, and got a “not enough funds” error message. I then converted it to usdc, still didn’t work. i have the funds, but it just won’t work. i even bought 10.50 more in usd and tried to donate and still nothing. do i have to wait for a long time? i thought coinbase doesn’t have holding periods? and if you still don’t believe i have funds, i tried to donate 11 and it didn’t work.

you have to wait... takes a week or two for your funds to ACTUALLY be available to use (even though it says they are there now, they aren't yet)
