i can't open the console with any of the keys

i tried every key but i'm not able to open the console and so I can't max rank

Use the external console to execute commands (bootstrapper cmd window).

RivH_ Once you launch your specific game, press the key under ESC. This will usually be tilde (` or ~) or ² on AZERTY keyboards.
If you have a 60% keyboard you should press FN and ESC instead.
If none of this work for some reason use the external console as mentioned above
