Game Connection Issue

Hello, not sure if this is a me issue or game issue, but whenever I connect to any server, I lag our horribly. Receiving the connection issue symbol, ghosting all over, all of it. Doesn't matter if I join a US server with 22 ping or Latin server with 222 ping, my ping is always jumping up and down. Definitely isn't an internet issue, as I'm hard wired in with 2Gs up AND 2Gs down.

Are your frames per second <= 200 ?
Otherwise definitely sounds like a network issue. -
I had sync every frame on and it happened a lot. Turned it to no and unlimited frames and it still happened but less. Locked the frames at 200 or less and it happens less often but still sometimes. It's the connection interrupted error. Not sure how to fix it. My internet works fine on everything else. System is a brand new PC. i9/5080
