Making Custom Camos

Hiya, I've been looking into making custom camos for plutonium for a couple of friends mine, I've looked at the original textures for Cyborg and I have no idea what I'm looking at. I don't know what needs to be changed and what goes where. I'm trying to make a camo that has a galaxy in the background while having his teams logo overlaying the galaxy. I have textures created, I just don't know what goes where. Any help would be appreciated.

if you want to know the basics of making a camo tell me to send it these are for making animated camos (reminder only Cyborg, Dragon, Afterlife and motd pap camo are the only camos that are animated in bo2)
