Black ops 2 closing up upon entering a match

whenever i try to enter a server or a custom game the game freezes and then closes without any message. how can i solve this? ps: multiplayer and zombies

This issue persists for me, I hope we get the help as soon as possible since as for now I have yet not found anything related to the problem, except for this post. Happens just as that, but as for me I only tried loading a game in solo, no error pops up and the "crashdumps" folder shows no files.

Already tried re-directing the game and re-installing the "t6" folder.

i was able to solve it by uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it. it worked for me

As of today, I have not yet solved the issue, here's what I have tried so far:

• Alt account.
• Checked the console before the game crashes.
• Changed performance and screen settings.
• Re-installed the game.
• Re-installed the launcher.
• Re-directed the game file to a wrong directory, then correcting it.
• LAN mode.
• Multiplayer and zombies custom and online matches.
• The "xpartygo" command.
• Optimizing the launcher with windows graphics custom settings.
• Prayed God.
• All zombies maps + some multiplayer ones.
• Messing with different plutonium files, but ended up re-downloading anyway.
