bo2 joining friends plz help

can anyone plz help me ...i know that port forewarding works but i cant acces the ports without contacting the wifi company and they dont allow it ...so i tried radmin and it doesnt work either cuz of high ping radmin himachi zerotier all of them give high ping ..and makes it hard to play .any otherway to join friends
