My rank and custom classes are gone – how can I get them back?

Hi, I used to play MW3 on Plutonium before and I had a decent rank with unlocked weapons and custom classes. But now I launched the game again and everything is reset — I'm level 1 and all my progress is gone.
Is there any way to recover my old stats and custom classes?
Or do I have to start all over again?

why not just use the unlockall command in the console?

ihatecats because people want to play the game normally as its supposed to! some people don't want a unlock all (me included). i also had some problems but on bo2 that level and weapon level didn't save

That's fair.
Though if the spontaneous reset is going to keep being an issue, then it effectively makes ranking up naturally meaningless.
