cant connect to the server

can't connect to online servers of bo2 zombies.
it runs in Lan mode without problem. but in online mode once i click on the online.
it tries to connect to online service. and after a minute or two. the game says black ops 2 is not available ATM.
what to do?
(i checked my anti-virus and fire wall both are fine and no problem there) -
Try a non censored internet connection.
