I'm getting the same error

try cloudflare warp... this is a sign of a connection error between you and the server. Can usually fixed by switching to ethernet/wifi/mobile hotspot, resetting router, change DNS, use vpn, etc. Cloudflare warp seems to work for most that have this issue.
