Verify bo2 not working

Im trying to verify bo2 after i bought the game from steam but when i click verify while steam is open it transfers me to plutonium Website and i click sync nothing happened and i only have installed the multiplayer and zombies the campaign i didnt install it

Xerxes everything is public and actually im using the launcher to verify the game now I'm downloading the campaign see if things get better
Edit : i have installed the campaign and still same situation it just takes me to the website and click sync steam games nothing happened i click black ops 2 and it takes me to the steam website i signed with my account and just show the game and says i have it in the library -
