My friend is downloading the MW3 Plutonium and he went to log in online to the forums and he was met with a message saying "Sorry, your IP address has been banned from the community. And if you feel like this is an error please contact an administrator" He hasn't cheated in or out of this community. What should he do? I'm only making this post because he can't.
