for people in 2025 and up ward you will need to download and extracted the files. https://www.mediafire.com/file/dnr7k0buuo5j4ru/Claymore_mwnxd.rar/file
then press WIN+R copy this > %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage press ok then press t6 then images and paste the files in there then load bo2 up and you should have the claymore this worked for me
