I played on some servers already, restarted my PC, now I cant launch the game

I just downloaded Plutonium and it worked great, found games with actual players and no cheaters and played a lot of gun game. I then restarted my computer and tried to relaunch the game, this is when I uncovered this issue.
I keep being told it's an issue with the firewall, however, I have no made any changes to the firewall since the last time I played Plutonium. Could someone please give me a fix that actually makes sense. Thank you!

is it just not launching or is it giving you an error when you try to launch?

Piry's fine, you have already downloaded the bo2 basegame. As for plutonium launcher, you need a VPN to get past it, however most servers disallow vpns so make sure to disconnect your vpn when you're on the main menu.

Is there a reason why it already launched? Like I already played on plutonium for 2 hours but after the first launch, there are issues? Seems like there is something missing. I had no VPN the first time I launched. -
Not sure, add pluto to exclusions in your firewall. That error usually means your ISP is blocking pluto, no clue how you ran it the first time and it didn't show that error.
