Hello i have bo2 zombies map motd crashes

Hello. So when i play bo2 zombies motd map when i go to fly the plane i get the crash issue i dont know why i dont get any error window it just switches my tab to my window and i can hear the game and everything but when i try to switch back to the game tab nothing happens
Any fixes maybe or help?

Try verifying your game files through steam. If you have any scripts installed, delete them or relocate them to test if they're the one's causing it. Check if you're up to date.
