No or bad challenge for address

Hello everyone! How to fix "no or bad challenge for address" error when my friend tries to load into zombies map? He can get into my private lobby, but not in the map itself. We both have short names (7 characters and 6 characters)

We solved the problem! In the graphics settings host (Me) had to disable Shader Warming and after that we could finally play!
