game freeze but sound still works (zombies)

Sometimes the game just freezes and atl tab me but I still can hear the sound and when I die in the games it crashes and gives me this crashdump
i exported the console when the crashdump is generated here it is console
This happens randomly there is no specific map nor a round
also i found these codes in the crashdumps folderException Code: 0xC0000005 Exception Address: 0x0074C175 -
