BO2 FREEZES AND CRASHES BUT THE SOUND IS STILL THERE

it works normally when im playing alone (whether in solo play or a custom game)
I dont have mods or custom maps i didnt modify game files and i verified the game files and i reinstalled plutonium and updated graphics card and my pc is up to date and i added as exclusion in windows protection and closed windows protection as a whole

this error is new i didnt get it before it just started happening when i play a custom game with my same friend just randomly whether on round 3, 15, 23 or 30 it just crashes and depending on whos host the host freezes and crashes after i'd say about 2 mins then same happens to the other player ( sound still works)

i need help asap
