Gave up on it, password resets just don't work tried it a few times

hello, so I had an old account and I tried to reset password to get it back but when I type username and password it says "invalid credentials" even though I'm typing the info in correct.
zkaj what is your account name? and do you have a screenshot of the login screen with the error?
