Online zombies/mods working fine with friends except for one. Whenever him and I try to join each other, either the double-clicking the name in the friend's list doesn't work, or we get the error "bad or challenge for request."

which internet box they have ? when it doesnt run with activated UPNP. you can try to set the port rules for that feature (on your box) but i can imagine that the box have stock settings that dont allow it. the easyst way in germany is buy a fritzbox on ebay and set it one time the right way
