Cant make an emblem in BO2

Can someone help with this? Ive seen several forums on how to do this but no one gives a solid answer. Even saying you can upload an emblem but again... nothing that helps

You basically cant. Unless you want to remake it over and over.

You can make an emblem and apply it, nothing more. No saving or editing later on
