Scuffed Son not related to this, you have bad game files/scripts from somewhere else

why does this mod menu makes the render distances remove pieces of maps?

If it really is then maybe something in its code does that for reasons
Find and edit the source code, if the menu actually does that, and it bothers you too much

bxckwards666 you're trying to mod a player that has access above regular player so the menu prevents you
Let them add god mode to themselves or don't give them the menu
If it's yourself then just use the right menu, not the players menu

If you dislike that behavior and the solutions provided then edit the menu's code, can't help with that
