Origins Enhanced 2025 will be a custom texture pack, like before. Though there will be a mod that makes some nice additions to it. This way, it won't force ppl with low specs to download an unplayable heavy mod full of 4K tex.
You can play with the mod with no tex pack, but it only changes tiny little things and the difference will be almost not noticeable for vanilla players.

I wonder if I should make a new topic by deleting this one, or not

In my case i'm constantly finishing EE with no crash at all
Since my version is heavier (and newer) than yours, it's maybe because your PC can't handle that. I dunno tbh
