Laptop players cannot play with pc players in private match iw5 plutonium

Guys I tried playing iw5 with my friends and wanted a private match with them but the one friend that was on PC was able to Play with me By enabling Upnp and everything but when the friend that was using a laptop did it he could not join us and we could not join a server made by him?? Any solutions or suggestions because my laptop using friends are not able to play in a private match with me in iw5
