can you do all EE in bo1-bo2 on plutonium?

I heard someone said that moon doesn’t work right on plutonium and you can’t do it because the game doesn’t save that you’ve did previous EEs, so you can’t do it. Is this true or you can actually do all EEs in all black ops’es on plutonium???
P.S.: in coop with other players obviously, no mods

You can do the Moon easter egg prior to if you did other ones or not if that's what you're asking.
