24/7 on my screen. All servers. Why? I have Gigabit Ethernet connection. Low latency to all other online games.

Do you fix it? I have capped FPS and nothing.

its common issue that happens when you're gay, try being hetero it will fix the issue

What FPS are you getting? I had this happen with a recent update when my FPS was 700-1000ish. It still happened sometimes around 500 or 600 FPS. The fix for me for now was to cap it to 400 FPS.
