T2 joining friends problem please help

I was trying to play customs with my friends but for some reason I couldn't join them when accepting invites or clicking join session in progress. For some reason, all my friends could join each other but I couldn't. I tried hosting and they couldn't join me. Please help me I am so confused

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
