Please Help,Im not able to play Bo2 because of this

im not able to play Bo2 and Mw3 because this message keep on pops up when i try to play them

the message is

Unable to load import '_BinkWaitStopAsyncThread@4' from module 'binkw32.dll'

I even tried what other moderators told in other topics like download piry again,download vdirxt and directx
but im not able to play

pls help me

i actually downloaded it in a seperate folder

I found the file and cut-pasted it in the folder in which i have the game but when i launch it says

Error during initialization:
Missing config file "default_mp.cfg" during initiliazation. May need to add to code_pre_gfx
