how to take away scorestreaks?

I'm making some test to do a custom gamemode, and one thing I'm trying to make is that when you achive a goal the game gives you a scorestreak, but when the players run out of ammo for the scorestreak (death machine in this case) they can activate another one inmediately in a cycle that never ends. The code I tried for the testing is the following:
init() { wait 20; level.players[0] GiveWeapon("minigun_mp"); level.players[0] GiveMaxAmmo("minigun_mp"); level.players[0] SwitchToWeapon("minigun_mp"); }
