¿alguien sabe como solucionar este error?, es que cuando abro el launcher me sale: Error while downloading file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe: open C:\Users\HP\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe: Access is denied.

Your thread topic and its content are completely unrelated, they're 2 different errors mate. As for access denied error, run plutonium.exe as admin and add it to exclusions in defender/whatever antivirus you use.
