everytime i try to launch bo2 mp or zombie, i get an error with the
Crash reference ID: 4267bb57-b79c-463b-a9fd-45e268e35697
and a crashdump

can someone help me fix this ?

i cant add the dmp files cus the size is too big

seems like corrupted game files. try reinstalling
