      You're probably missing it in your basegame then. Verify your files from steam.

        You're selecting the wrong directory then. Hover over to the discord and tag me, I'll link you a video on how to do it correctly

            Bruh it's as easy as selecting your mw3 folder in game settings located beside play in the launcher. How hard can that be?

                      Well this topic was posted in mw3 client support so running piry won't help you as that downloads bo2 not mw3.

                        Go to your start menu and type run
                        Open this program, it will show a text box, in this text box type %localappdata% then press the enter key
                        It will open a folder in the explorer. Now locate the folder called plutonium
                        Right click and delete that folder. Now when you launch the launcher again it show be as if you never ran it
                        So should allow you to click setup
