Trying to Use Plugin Folder

I am having issues with using the ct5 accepted mod into my plutonium game. After every time I launch the game i get "unknown cmd ct5" error when everyone else doesn't have this problem. Does anyone else use it and understand why I could have this problem? I would appreciate any assistance

The plugin folder can only be used on dedicated servers and not on clients.
